Kumari Ghar, built in 1757 AD by the then King Jaya Prakash Malla, is the house of living Goddess Kumari. The living Goddess Kumari dressed in auspicious red attire and wearing jewelry; her forehead painted red with a third eye in the middle provides blessings from the window of Kumari Ghar to the visitors.
